Welcome

After winning our third consecutive National Championship at Texas A&M, we are looking forward to our upcoming season.
We will be having an informational meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at 7pm on the Rec Center pool deck.

Please come if you are interested in playing or have any questions.
We look forward to meeting you!

Monday 7-9pm @ Mott pool
Tues, Wed, Thur 7-9pm @ Rec Center pool
Fri 6-8 pm @ Rec Center pool
Thur 6-8am @ Rec Center pool

Please make sure you have the appropriate forms filled out before we practice in January. Fill out the membership form and health insurance waiver before Januray 5th. Ask the front desk for the forms and bring with you:

  1. Drivers Liscense
  2. Cal Poly I.D. card
  3. Health Insurance Card
  4. Car Insurance Card (if applicable)
  5. CPR/First Aid Certs (if applicable)
